Quick Melon Salad

Ingredients

1 tbsp honey

3 tbsp lime juice

2 cups Honeydew cubed

2 cups Cantaloupe cubed

Directions

Whisk together honey and juice and coat melon in a bowl, cover and refrigerate until very cold (1 hour). Serves 4.
