oz. packages cream cheese

sugar

egg, separated

tsp. vanilla
Topping:

cup sugar

tsp. cinnamon
1/2
cup chopped nuts
1/2
cup chopped apples
Directions
Preheat
oven to 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, egg yolk and vanilla
until smooth. Stretch 1 package crescent rolls in bottom of non-greased
9x13 inch pan. Spread cream cheese mixture on rolls. Stretch second
package of rolls on counter to pan dimensions. Lay on top of cream cheese
mixture. Beat egg whites until frothy, brush on top of rolls using all of
the egg white. Sprinkle with topping ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes.
