Ingredients

peach Jell-O, 3 oz.

baked pie shell
2/3
cup boiling water
1 cup
vanilla ice cream
1 cup
diced fresh peaches
3-1/2
cups cool whip, thawed
Directions
Dissolve
Jell-O in boiling water and add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until
melted and smooth. Blend in cool whip; fold in peaches. Chill until
mixture will mound. Pour into baked pie crust. Chill 3 hours or freeze
until firm.
