Ingredients
2
cups flour
1+1/2 cups sugar
2/3
cup margarine
2
tsp. baking powder
1
tsp. salt
1
cup milk
2
egg yolks
2
egg whites
1
pint clean blueberries
confectioners sugar
Directions
Mix
together flour, sugar, margarine until crumbly. Remove 3/4 cup of
mixture for topping and set aside. To the remaining mixture add baking
powder, salt, milk and 2 egg yolks and mix well. Beat egg whites until
stiff; fold into mixture. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle
blueberries over all then top with reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 350
degrees for 30-40 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
Cut into squares.
